Azure Development is celebrating the 70^th birthday of our award-winning headquarters building in downtown Delray Beach. Formerly an abandoned auto dealership, Azure preserved the MIMO style building by reconditioning its original materials including terrazzo floors and Dade County pine ceilings. For its efforts Azure was recognized by the Delray Beach Historical Society, the city of Delray Beach, Palm Beach County and the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation.
